Just a few minutes a day will reap benefits in a short period of time. Its not about talking to God (unless you want to) but about just relaxing, quieting the chatter and being still with no thought.
Practised in the morning it will get your day off to a great start, in the evening a great way to unwind from a tough day, just before going to bed to help you get to sleep and to enjoy inspiration from your dreams.
